With our great reputation for cleaniness we wish to assue you, or valued guests that our POST COVID REGIME with srong attention to sanitisng will ensure you that when you stay with us yor personal Health & Safety is paramount for all who csre for you during your stay.
We aretotally OCD with regard to this including social distancing for room servicing and of course the easy option of totally contactless Check In procedure

All reservations are accepted in good faith and must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card. ( we do not accept Diners Card or Amex). If you wish to use a NZ Debit card as a guarantee we must be advised at the time of booking.
Guests can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before the arrival time. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
For all payments your credit card may be pre authorised 2 days prior to your arrival for the total amount of your accomodation; including any applicable credit card charges ( Currently Merchant surcharge is 3%) See below if you do not wish your card authorised.
Authorisation failure may lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation. We will endeavour to contact you on the mobile phone number provided; however if we cannot get a response we will in accordance with our policy cancel your booking. Please contact us prior to the authorisation period if you will be using another card on check in ( e.g EftPos, Cash or NZ Debit Card ) or are concerned re this authorisation being made.
(Although we prefer contactless check in we are happy for you to pay using EftPos or cash upon checkin or pre payment direct to our Bank Account - please contact us on 0800406040 should you prefer this option)
